Columbus Coffee is a mobile coffee company serving the Columbus metro area. Consisting of two trucks: the big black truck and the little red coffee van, Columbus Coffee can serve both large scale events and small intimate gatherings. Our menu features locally roasted Stauf’s Coffee exciting, crafted beverages, real fruit smoothies, seasonal specialty drinks, boba lemonade, delicious pastries and tropical shaved ice. We are available for festivals, staff appreciation, corporate meetings, community events and private functions.

Who's In The Truck!?
The Who Behind The Columbus Coffee Co.
During the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, founders David and Margaret Caldwell decided to begin their food truck dream. It was important to create a business that could provide a safe way for people to entertain and celebrate at a distance.
The Columbus Coffee Company trucks contain high caliber equipment, top of the line machines and draft tap systems that ensure the ultimate in cleanliness and cold brew flavor preservation. Much work and meticulous construction went into the construction of the coffee trucks.
It is also important to cater to families. The Caldwell children had much influence on the menu items. Ensuring “amazing” hot chocolate, delicious shaved ice and plenty of non-caffeinated drink options including boba lemonade. The Caldwell family wanted everyone to have delicious options on the trucks.
In October of 2022, The Columbus Coffee Company added an additional truck – the big black truck! The addition of the larger truck means that the big red truck is now the “little red coffee van”. The big black truck is designed for high-speed events and large functions, which necessitate numerous staff.
Serving Columbus, Powell, Dublin, Hilliard, New Albany, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Worthington, Westerville and more.
